The hotel was quiet and relaxing and overlooks the busy beach below. It is very well located just a short stroll to the lovely restaurants of Nerja. Good pool - warm and clean and great views.

The location of the hotel perched on the cliffs above the beach and only a block away from old Nerja is incredible. The breakfast included with your stay is extraordinary. Each room has a large balcony, and at least 90% have a direct view of the sea.
It sounds like a small thing, but the pillows were the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. They were essentially bricks with pillow cases.

The hotel is excellently situated overlooking the sea. The grounds were very spacious and it was most relaxing to lie on sunbeds listening to the waves. Access to the beach via private lift is a huge advantage considering the beach is at the bottom of a cliff .
Very limited menu at the snack bar some tapas would be welcome. No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms.

We had a fantastic stay for 2 nights on this occasion.
It was a joy spending time in the lovely room with excellent spa bath & separate large powerful shower enclosure and hot tub. The hotel was perfectly located near the outskirts of Nerja which has an authentic Spanish town vibe, the garden huge bathroom and the beaches.

Very helpful reception staff; good parking; excellent swimming pool and pool bar (pool towels provided). Hotel, though modern (unusual for a Parador) is stylishly laid out. Great outdoor dining. Rooms are spacious (with balcony) and well equipped - excellent toiletries. Although required to check-out of our rooms at 12 noon, there was no problem with us using the pool facilities for the afternoon.
No bath robes provided.

The spacious gardens where you don't have to compete for sunbeds are lovely. The same goes for the nearness to the beach (by lift). All rooms have sea views.

Location. Easy access to beach but removed from it. A gracious sense of space, The magnificent views. The good food there and the chance to eat away, at the beach, in town, etc. Easy access to the very pleasant town. The very friendly and helpful staff.
Two things, both fixable. Both have to do with noise pollution. 1) The dog diagonally across the street from the front of the hotel, along the walk path to the beach, incessantly loudly barking, mostly late morning and throughout afternoon. Several hotal guests were upset by this. 2) Establish restricted areas in which use of cell phones is forbidden. Particularyly in outdoor dining areas. Just as you do with smoking. More than once we had just sat down in the cool morning air to enjoy the view, the coffee, and the quiet when some idiot sat down 3 feet away from us, lifted his left hand to his ear and began howling away, wrecking everything. If he had begun flashing light or giving off a foul smell he would have been stopped.

It was very relaxing and the food was excellent and abundant. the lift to the beach is a real bonus and this must be one of the cleanest well kept hotels I've ever stayed in. Thank you to all the staff.
Not so much a complaint as an observation but at the end of the evening my wife and I used the bar and there were often no other people there. Perhaps encouraging residents to have their drinks at the bar would create a better atmosphere.
